What file should I upload?
STL is what we use right now. If you also have OBJ or 3MF, keep them — but upload STL as the main file.
What affects the price?
Size, material, how complex the shape is, print time, any finishing, and how many you need. Those are the main levers.
Which materials can I pick?
PLA for everyday prototypes, PETG when you need more toughness, ABS-type for heat, resin when detail matters. We will confirm what fits your part.
One piece or a batch?
Both work. Same flow for a single test print or repeat production — just set the quantity when you request a quote.
What should I put in a support message?
File type, material if you know it, quantity, what the part does, and any deadline. Short and specific beats a long vague email.
Not sure if my file will print?
Send it anyway and say what you need the part to do. Better to check early than find out after you have paid.
